Moses basket with a skirt.

I finally finished this Moses basket, it took me about 5 days to complete....
First I couldn't find the right material, then I ran out of long lace I use on the skirt,
many silly mistakes I had to correct...
stitched a difficult round and in the end I found out my spool thread was finished so I had to do it all over again!
Now 5 days later, I love the outcome.

I hope you have a lovely weekend.
Today I am joining in with  Show and Tell Friday

  1. I love when you post your projects, that is gorgeous and the circle of fabric on the side is wonderful. Don't you hate making mistakes, it seems if I make one I make many, and on other projects all goes so smoothly. Sometimes you just have to "step away from the project"

  4. I am so glad that I put your blog immediately in my sidebar, I love that Moses, I bought one when I was gonna have my son, but I didn't decorated it, well it's a boy, so no ruffles and lace and all those things that I love. I think yours is absolutely beautiful, what are you gonna do with it?
